It’s not about the distraction. I can throw my phone across the room and still not be able to get up. I can remove all distractions, and I will still stare off into space and not get anything done.

Just go to the instance website and there will be a link to the modlog usually at the bottom of the page.
I do have to pick up every month in Texas. They send 3 separate prescriptions, and I pick up once per month and then see the Dr for a new script 3 months later. You can pick up 2 days early, but some pharmacies allow up to 4 days early iirc.
Maybe get a 1 month organizer or a few more weekly ones so you only have to refill once a month. There are also timer lock box or pill cap gadgets.
Where? I get my prescription renewed every 90 days, but it has to be sent as 3 separate prescriptions, and you have to wait at least 28 days in between filling each one.
You’re calling me rude for asking you to clarify. That was a question, not a leading statement. Note the question mark. The studies say millennials have gotten more mentally ill over time and that Gen Z have even higher rates than millennials did at the same age, so I think it’s unlikely to be an age issue, but you seem to want evidence that’s impossible to provide, so there’s no point in discussing this with you.
Agreed, but we’re specifically talking about looking at depraved content on the Internet.
So you think young people are more likely to be mentally ill and then grow out of it when older?
Gen X and boomers still go to the Dr and undergo depression screenings, yet Gen X has roughly half the rates of depression as gen z and millennials. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9934502/
Yes, my intention was to respond to an anecdote with another anecdote to illustrate that point. Some of us can claim they looked at depraved shit as a kid and turned out fine, but statistically, many of us did not turn out fine.
For me, I’ve only spent more time online as I’ve gotten older for the reasons you stated. As a kid, my screen time was maybe an hour or so. I’m not saying the Internet turned me into an asshole, but I do believe that it had a hand in it.
I’m not claiming there’s a direct link. I am saying there’s no evidence to support your claim that repulsive content is fine because the evidence suggests that we did not turn out just fine. My anecdotal evidence is that I had more empathy as a child than as an adult, which is largely thought abnormal, and I think desensitization due to watching beheadings and shit in my formative years might be part of the reason.
Millennials have higher rates of mental illness than previous generations. We are far from fine.
They delete those
Age related hearing loss can actually make you more sensitive to certain sounds. I have difficulty understanding speech but increased sensitivity to sounds including electrical buzzing.
I remember being in school 20 years ago and being taught about scale inaccuracies and the importance of frequent calibration. The thing about weight loss is that you will lose weight if you’re in a deficit. Your daily calorie needs are going to fluctuate a little bit, regardless. Most people don’t keep activity the exact same, sleep the exact same, take exactly the same steps everyday, plus hormones fluctuate, etc. Your measurements don’t have to be precise, just close enough. People have also lost weight with sloppy volumetric measurements, counting out chips, or even eyeballing the amount of space taken up on their plate. MyPlate.gov was rolled out after consumer research found that it works.
I have gotten much better about not procrastinating, but it takes me much longer to get anything done if I’m not in the mood to do it. I don’t know if it’s worth it. There’s less guilt I guess.
If you’re using an app, you may need to adjust image quality in the settings. I thought the same thing until I tapped the HD button in Boost.

That seems fairly common in people with ADHD. My SO is one of those. It’s definitely not the case for me, but I also have another condition that’s exacerbated by caffeine.
