Y’all-Qaeda doing what it does.
Y’all-Qaeda doing what it does.
Because this is the Elden Ring DLC Hype Train, and we’ve given he courtesy enough. Homie should leave his foolish ambitions to rest.
Haven’t had a chance to hit em yet but excited to. Felt okayyyy if you were patient enough to play it slow. My problem in general is being greedy and trying to speed through, which usually does more harm than good.
Yeah Trial of Haste felt like a nonstarter for certain builds that weren’t minimaxed for DPS. Nearly had it once, being maybe 10s off the mark (which realistically means I could’ve had it) but not mad about the rework at all.
Hades 2 been hitting for me. Nice being able to feel like playing Hades for the first time again. Super Giant doesn’t miss.
I’m flummoxed for sure. I need a computer to be a bit of a power house, ideally well equipped for music production software and live performance, DJ software, graphic design/animation/illustration, and at least for the desktop gaming. Been in the market for a laptop so I can take at least the music & design production on the go, but damn I hate laptop shopping.
Unsuuuure if Linux is compatible with the graphic/music production software I’m working with, or if there are viable work arounds. Windows 11 looks like a dumpster fire I do not wish to support. I’d really like to avoid Apple as I have my own grievances there too. Windows 10 obviously seems on the way out.
Long story long, feeling a bit lost on how best to proceed. If anyone uses Linux for similar creative endeavors, would love to hear your roses and thorns on the matter. Certainly open to recommendations for a sturdy war horse of a lappy as well.
Bookmarking this page so I can learn modern sailing techniques. Audiophiles who sail the seven seas, please teach me your ways! My most hasn’t hit the surf in a hot minute.
Cross play would be sick – had a friend go ps5 instead of build a PC due to limited budget. Tried my best to say saving for PC will be way better in long run but here we are.
Pretty much this. I like to DJ, mostly a hobbyist over paying gigs these days, and have plenty of tunes ripped from the tube. Now I have the fun task of trying to replace everything with higher quality versions. Shitty rips are fine enough for a house party on a humble audio system, but proper venues with subs and high fidelity audio setup make it obvious you ripped from YouTube.
In a perfect world I would love to buy what I use. Problem is I would need an insane budget to grab what I want. I listen to a lot of a music.
Hog Frites
Twas at a brewery eating some bomb pork fries. Could dig it.
As an easily-distracted multitasker I can certainly appreciate the inconvenience of clicking past it. Would be lovely to have a solid on/off in settings to omit the optional from playback.
More options almost always better than fewer in my mind!
Hot take but hasn’t been a problem for me. Like, the feature stays off until I turn it on again, and I only turn it on when I’m trying to expand a playlist.
I use Spotify for discovering new songs, mostly for adding to the DJ arsenal. I listen to a lot of music. Enough that I make like 15-20ish playlists a year for various subgenres of tunes either released or discovered that year.
Since I compartmentalize my genres so methodically, smart recommendations tend to be on the money and more of what I’m looking for. But again, when I just wanna hear what I’ve assembled I just leave it off – never on unless I turn it on.
Definitely been eyeballing alternatives though, since Spotty is getting deeper into their enshitty arc.
Big differences between fashion aesthetic and average Joe’s home decor. There was certainly a bit more subtlety to it than what media boild it down to.
Woah, memories.
We grow up so fast.
Cheers! Stuff like this is wild. Might need to tinker a bit.
How was this made?
Uffda. My better half and I are living in apartments that are priced for college students and it’s still over $10k a year. None of that fancy shit. We have shared laundry machines but that’s about it.
Care to share a favorite recipe or two? I’ve been meaning to step up my legume game for a minute.
Thanks in advance, but also no presh! 🤙
Truly. It’s a bit bittersweet of news. To get the obvious out of the way, I fully support reclaiming housing for locals. They’ve had a tough go. Having housing gobbled up for private business is problematic everywhere, but especially on these lil island nations where tourism is huge. Gotta respect the locals!
Bittersweet, I was also in Maui earlier this year, at an Airbnb. It was a vibe. I always enjoy being able to live a bit more like a local when I travel. Usually nicer habitat than a hotel room. Having a kitchen while vacationing is so nice! Very easy to only eat restaurant food the entire time otherwise. Hotels and resorts bring a certain sort, and it’s nice being able to avoid that crowd sometimes too.
Hawaii is especially precarious because a huge part of their economy is tourism. On multiple occasions we were told “thank you for being here.” At the time, tourism was back up to about a 1/3rd its usual. Hit a boat tour that accommodates 45, with 15 of us on there. People in the industry need more butts in seats.
Ultimately, if I need to hit a hotel next time to ensure locals are able to live easier, so be it. Easy choice. I will miss the perks of catching a flat or condo tho.
Never change, Miyazaki.
