Emacs + org-mode for task planning and knowledge base, Obsidian + Syncthing for notes on-the-go.
Maybe give a try to Readarr. It can download books from BitTorrent network seamlessly.
I don’t understand this feature too, the idea doesn’t work very well with the main concept of Delta Chat. Weird move.

Obsidian.md or emacs+org-mode with orgzly on Android. You can sync it via any sync service as it is just files. You can use Syncthing, for example.
