That’s why I stopped asking / reading answers about this kind of stuff on forums, and have a professional come and see to give me a real advice. Not everybody, usually RTTs depend on how much overtime is planned in your contract (eg. most engineers work 37.5h instead of 35h, so they get 1 RTT each 3 weeks). Many people don’t have any RTT

As I understand it you can take as many days as you want and it works on the company’s trust, but that system sounds really toxic to me, isn’t it?
