If you tell the support you use Linux, do they listen a bit better?
My thought was more like:
Mac? So probably a noob. Default Program.
Linux? Uh, okay, lets call second level support.
And dude sure knows how to use lower level tools.
I’m expecting something more like this:
Linux? Uh, okay, we don’t support that. Bye!
