Campaigns take time and money, neither of which any candidates besides the two front-runners have enough of to be competitive. They’re not gonna ask you who wins, you don’t decide. I don’t see 70 million Americans shifting to anyone else at this stage.
Don’t forget that it’s not ok to vote for your candidate because they don’t already have enough support, therefore there’s no way to ever reach the threshold where it’ll be ok to vote for them.
