It’s a guess… with no real evidence to to it, but i wouldn’t say it’s impossible. The current interim CEO Hiroki Totoki has said they want to make more money on PC bringing more games to PC. Maybe he has bigger plans on that plattform. But only because you have a account on something doesn’t really mean you buy games on that plattform. Don’t know how much origin or ubisoft make money with their accounts, i’m sure it’s way more on steam?

I don’t think there is a real evidence to that at the moment. So far Sony is probably know for hmmm bad secrurity of data, but i don’t know about selling data.

i don’t get sony, even if people wouldnlt care to create a psn account. They just sell a game is less countries, means less money. What’s the benefit of it?

It’s the ps4. I have a lot childhood memories with the Ps2. Then i played a while mmorpg and other stuff, got bored by it and Mostly the ps4 let me experience good games again. Playing the first time fighting games on a more advance level, going to tournaments and meeting people or play a lot jrpg’s. The ps4 bought that back to me

I don’t think it sound to bad. I’m a Nioh and Wu long fan, so i like the team ninja battle systems. While this game is flawed, acording to serveral sources, people still see good things in that game. So i will give this game a chance to convice me as other team ninja games. Just not yet, to much to play right now.

I would say just don’t start one, these gacha games are probably not the best to start with from the beginning with it’s fomo gacha mechanics and at the same time they want the player to login every day.

But if i have to say something. I don’t know Honkai Impact or the boy game. Between Genshin and Hokai Star Rail, i would say the second one is a better game, but at the same time they quite different. Genshin is an open world exploration action game and Honkai Star Rail is liniar and Turn based. All of these gacha games are extremly grindy.

I play most games on hard difficulty. But i gave up finish Nier Replicant on hard, not because i got stuck, but the hp of the monster was way to high to have fun.

Is the market that big? We already have quite a few options. But doesn’t matter for us that much. More options is probably good.

There is a difference between data that got kept in ram for faster access, that can be freed every time. And data that can’t be freed, because the system need to hold it for certain thing. This here is for sure not intended, but seems the database system can’t freed the memory that easily. I just want to make clear it’s not as easy to say, a database engine aim to max it, so it should be able to handle it.
